​My name is Matthew Chan, a digital effects student at Bournemouth University with a passion for creative storytelling. Previously graduating with first-class honours in computer character animation at Teesside University, I’ve directed group projects and explored varied techniques. Achievements include being hired by Studio Tucan via faculty recommendation, winning best work at ExpoTalent, and exhibiting at London’s ExpoTees. After starting in mechanical engineering, I transitioned to art and design to follow my creative drive. I aim to understand multiple aspects of the film industry, continually grow by learning from professionals, and inspire others through my evolving craft.
